Grants will be disbursed in advance or according to the negotiated terms, to the bank account designated by the beneficiary individual or entity.

The individual or entity receiving the grant is not employed by the foundation.

The grant payment may be suspended, canceled, or reclaimed if the circumstances that led to its allocation change.

Decisions regarding applications will be communicated directly to the applicants. Additionally, the names of the individuals and projects receiving grants will be published on the Africa Ascent Foundation's website.
